Hey, I’m Deb!  Christian Wife, Mom of 3 Boys, Fitness & Nutrition Coach, Wine Enthusiast, Countrygirl!  How can I help you?

Like most people I have always struggled to stay fit and wanted to feel good!  Several years ago, after starting and stopping programs many times, my husband and I decided to get serious about our fitness and nutrition.  Over three years later we are still striving to live healthy, happy lives and be good examples to our three sons.


My focus in life has been to add value to other people’s lives. I am here to inspire people to lose weight and get healthy or follow their dreams by joining my TEAM. If you are looking to lose weight, tone up, or start a new income opportunity, I am here to COACH you.

First, it requires DESIRE, and then, COMMITMENT. After that, there are three variables to your success: NUTRITION, EXERCISE, and SUPPORT. After getting to know you, I provide advice on all THREE of these KEY components. I suggest specific workouts to fit your lifestyle. I design a meal plan to keep you satisfied. I place you in one of my private online support groups, with other like-minded people who share similar daily struggles and dreams.

I received my degree in Health Promotion and Exercise Science from the University of Iowa. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “ road-map to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I’m also going to coach you and hold you accountable. Together we will make your journey SUCCESSFUL, REWARDING and LASTING. Only YOU can take that first step, but the rest we can take TOGETHER.
